After selecting your preferred language, choose Option 1 (Information and open cases), then select one of the following:

• Option 1 – Speak to the allocated Early Help worker (or for Family Gateway enquiries).
• Option 2 – Speak to the allocated Social Worker or Social Work Assistant.
• Option 3 – Check whether a child has an allocated worker.
