This website brings together information to support families, babies, children and young people in Cardiff.

Who we help:

  • parents, step-parents, carers or family members looking after a child,
  • babies, children and young people aged 0 to 18 years (or up to the age of 25 in the case of a vulnerable young person), and
  • professionals who work with families.

How we help:

  • Provide general support and information for all families
  • Help families before their needs escalate to the point that they need a safeguarding statutory intervention.

This early intervention and prevention approach is provided by delivering high quality information, advice and assistance.
