About the service
Grŵp Un One Group supports families with children under 5 with emerging and identified additional needs and disabilities. The group will give you an opportunity to meet other parents and children and get advice from Health, Education, Social Care and more.
What is covered
The group gives parents an opportunity to meet the Early Years Inclusion Team and to get advice from Health, Education, Social Care and Third Party Sector professionals.
Practical information
Grŵp Un One Group is fun, friendly and free!
The group regularly meets at community venues throughout the week. You can come to as many or as few as you feel you may need.
Grŵp Un One Group is offered by our Partners in the Early Years Inclusion Team (Education) and can be accessed by getting in contact through Grwp Un One Group social media pages or calling 029 2087 2717.
