 Practical information

We can work with you in a group or individually either online or face-to-face.

If you choose to take part in a group, 5 of them are group sessions and 3 are home practice sessions.

For home practice sessions, we will call you every week to support you in the problem solving while you are trying out the skills at home.

You will be given a booklet and other materials to support your learning over the 8 weeks.

If attending a face-to-face group, a crèche is provided for younger children. It is run by qualified staff.

The programme is delivered by fully trained practitioners.
